Your Flesh Will Fail You: #NoSinNovember Begins in 12 Days

Hello everyone,

We are just 12 days away from our annual consecration period — #NoSinNovember — and this year, we’re going 10 days longer than usual.

And let me say this upfront:

Your flesh will fail you.

Not might . Will.

You are not just being set apart from the world 🌍 —

You are being set apart FOR GOD.

"But tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high."

— Luke 24:49 (KJV)

You want power? You have to tarry. Wait well. Be purified in the process.

You have to be in the right place, at the right time, doing exactly what God told you to do— and nothing He told you not to. Obedience precedes outpouring.

And again, your flesh will fail you.

Jesus asked His disciples in the garden:

“Could you not watch with me one hour?”

“The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

— Matthew 26:40-41

He knew what we would face.

He didn’t just pray against external attacks — He prayed that we would overcome our internal one: the battle against our own flesh.

Because yes, we are in a war — but not just with the world.

With ourselves.

Flesh vs. Spirit

When the time comes, your flesh will want to quit.

But if you've been in the Spirit,you won’t fail—even when your flesh does. You’re MORE THAN a conqueror.

In this season, we’re entering the secret place to behold our King — to let everything that’s not like Him be burned up.

This is soul care. This is spiritual warfare. This is surrender.

When Jesus fasted, Satan offered Him the kingdoms of the world.

But He said no — not just in public, but in private.

Holiness was already settled in His spiritduring the wilderness before he faced the world.

Listen to me:

Holiness is premeditated.

Sin is also premeditated.

Every action begins in the soul before it ever reaches your body.

That’s why we subdue the flesh — so it can’t speak to your soul without the Holy Spirit present.

Your soul knows what your flesh is plotting.

Sometimes, your spirit has tocatch upto what God is doing — and that’s okay.

But don’t let your flesh ruin what the Spirit is trying to build.

Tarry, so your flesh can’t destroy it.

Because if you don’t — you’ll be so distracted by false desires that you won’t even see destruction coming.

Pride comes before the fall but fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Let God hold you up. Seek wisdom.

Instructions

For days 1-31 we are reading a proverb a day until we finish the book of Proverbs. For days 32-40 we will study the fruit of the Spirit.

• Pray for an hour daily between the hours of 1-6 AM.

• Meet with the group once a week Saturdays at 6AM
