✨ Happy NOsinovember! ✨

Whew! Glad that spooky season nonsense is finally over. No more glorifying darkness like light doesn’t win every single time. The only ghost I fear is the Holy Ghost.
The scariest thing to me? Life without Jesus — now that’s truly spooky.
But praise God — No Sin November has begun. 🙌🏽
🕊 Isaiah 58:6–7 (NKJV)
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh?”
🌍 Fasting With Purpose
Forty days. No plan. Just obedience. We aren’t just taking it one day at a time, but moment by moment— we are learning stewardship:
It’s no coincidence that our fast begins the very same day SNAP benefits are being cut off for millions in America. This wasn’t a surprise to God, that’s why He called this “40 days of increase” in advance. It may feel like decrease for many people during this government shut down but we won’t feel the effects because heaven is still open and God still reigns. So while you’re eating less, feed someone more. That’s the kind of fast that breaks chains.
🔥 Building an Altar
If you joined me live, you saw how to build an altar—and more importantly, why.
If you missed it, don’t worry. The full teaching is in the SAUCE Challenge Coaching Journal.
To keep your fire burning:
Print out pictures of your people—family, friends, those you’re interceding for—and place them on your altar. Look at them while you pray.
While the world was doing Halloween rituals, we were doing a holy one of our own: applying the blood of Jesus to every situation.
I’ll be posting the prayer soon—pray itdaily.
🕐 For These 40 Days
Here’s how we’re moving in power and purpose:
Pray between 1 AM and 6 AM for one hour daily. Press in when it’s quiet and still.
Abandon who you were on the day this fast began. Fasting isn’t about hunger—it’s about transformation.Remember, even Jesus evolved through His fast.
Know your vices are the enemy’s devices. Don’t be ignorant of them.
Refuse to complain. Reject it completely. When you don’t complain, you’re saying, “God, I trust You.”
Pray more when it’s hard. Every prayer is a seed. It will come up.
Replace carnal things with spiritual things. Read your Bible. Pray. Worship. Work out. Keep your promises to God.
Utilize the group chat and read these blog posts!
If you smoke—stop. It’s just 40 days. Trade smoke for the wind of the Holy Ghost.
🌅 Day 1: Gratitude & Repentance
We’re beginning this fast with gratitude and repentance.
Start by thanking God for redemption — for every area where you’ve fallen short but His grace still covered you. Take time to recognize where He’s brought you from and give Him glory for it.
Then, get honest before God. Ask Him to purify your heart from lustful desires — not just physical lust, but the cravings of the flesh that pull you away from His will.
James 4:1 (NKJV)
“Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members?”
Every battle starts within. So today, let the war end in you. Surrender every appetite, craving, and desire that doesn’t please God. Lay it on the altar.
As you pray, thank God for cleansing you, for making you whole, and for giving you power over sin through His Spirit.

It’s not about giving up food—it’s about picking upfire.
No Sin November: the altar is hot, the oil is flowing, and heaven is watching. 🔥
