Test or Be Tested: Don’t Let Your Breakthrough Break You

There’s something about Jesus I can’t get over.
He had a breaking point—but He didn’t break.
I want that.
We all face those moments—where everything feels too heavy, too hard, too uncertain. The moment where you feel justified in giving up. That’s your breaking point. It’s not random. In these moments someone else’s fate depends on your obedience.
Jesus could have spoken up when He was accused. One sentence would have spared His life. But silence was His obedience. And that obedience saved ours.
He lived fully holy—right up until death—so that we could believe and receive His Spirit to live in and through us.
Distractions Become Destruction
Distractions don’t always look like sin. Sometimes they’re comfort. Ease. Entitlement.
But what distracts you can destroy you.
Don’t forfeit your faith for counterfeit.
Counterfeit is convenient. Holiness is hard.
Stay holy.
How Do You Stay Holy?
Simple.
Remember.
Remember how much sin separated you from God.
Remember how much it hurt.
Remember how close to death—emotionally, spiritually—you really were.
You don’t need to replay your past. But don’t forget what God pulled you out of.
If you forget the pain, you'll repeat the pattern.
So feel it. Let it burn. Baptize yourself in it. Then let it wash you. Remember the affliction so you never go back to it.
Test or Be Tested
"Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God..." — 1 John 4:1
This life is a test.
And your answer determines whether you gain a testimony or repeat another test.
It’s okay to make mistakes.
But if you don’t learn from them, eventually you die in them.
Clean Hands & Pure Hearts
Stay holy not just for your sake—but for others.
What if God wants to use you to heal the sick or raise the dead?
Would you be ready?
Holiness is preparation for power.
Don’t miss your assignment because you weren’t spiritually equipped.
The End Is Sealed
Yes, Jesus finished the work on the cross.
But you still have to obey—every step of the way.
You were once lost.
Now you can follow the God you once didn’t believe in.
You trust the truth you once denied.
All because of a correction you once resisted.
Let God Correct You Now—So You Can Carry Others Later
Let Him mold you.
Shape you.
Break you—so He can pour out His glory through you.
A time is coming when others will look to you for strength.
But if you're not ready, you'll be likeSamson—powerful but undisciplined. Called, but careless.
Used by God, but dying in the very assignment He gave you.
Don’t die in the assignment.
Live in the Secret Place
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." — Psalm 91:1
If you don’t dwell in the secret place, no abiding in God’s shadow. You will just be stuck in darkness.
You’ll be reacting to life instead of igniting it.
Putting out fires when God called you tostart one. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Endure the Unglamorous Glory
This season might feel like shame.
Criticism.
Isolation.
But it’s not for nothing.
God is producing someone who can be trusted with truth and power.
That means the process won’t always be pretty—but it will be worth it.
I’m Grateful
I still want everything God has for me.
But now I understand:
I don’t want it without holiness.
Don’t let your breakthrough break you.
Test—or be tested.
And when the pressure hits…don’t break.
